HRMS is having the capability to maintain single model database, capturing all personal and job related data of all kind of employees, including permanent, temporary, contractual, employees on deputation, ex-employees retired on superannuation, voluntarily retired, resigned, dismissed, opted for pension, employees of societies, corporations, local bodies, etc.

HRMS will include all functions covering recruitment, appointment, postings & transfers, training management, payroll lifecycle management (including management & tracking of loans & advances, claim & reimbursement management, GPF) and employee self-services etc

Services to be done in the online application:

Payroll:


Payroll Processing module will be used for monthly automated payroll calculation and processing of employee salaries as also calculations and creation of arrear bills. A single database maintains employee data & the salary data with all salary components based on the eligibility of the employee.

This data is processed on the monthly payroll cycle and the earnings & deductions are calculated based on the eligibility. The Pay and Allowances, Deductions like professional tax, income-tax etc. are calculated as per eligibility. A pay-slip as per the format of Organizaion can be generated from the system & can be made available online for all employees.

This module will automate most of the activities like updation of service book, pay revision, updation of entitlements, Most of the data updation will happen automatically from other related and linked Modules

All the data can be produced, referred as and when needed for further necessary actions.
